Cowbell Cyber Inc. said Wednesday it has formed Cowbell Re, a cyber insurance captive.
The Pleasanton, California-based cyber insurer, which concentrates on small to medium enterprises, said inside a statement the Vermont-domiciled captive will give the organization more flexibility in addressing demand.
Cowbell Cyber Inc. said in October it had entered a strategic partnership with La Jolla, California-based Palomar Excess & Surplus Insurance Co.
