Goldilocks Bakery is really a fast-casual Filipino bakery and restaurant with dine-in, to visit, and catering options. Apart from offering lunch, dinner, and small plates, they offer delicious prepared baked goods and custom cakes for special attractions. Their South Bay area and San Francisco locations are particularly well-known for function cakes, and recently expanded their type of prepared packaged baked goods.
Not as well known in the States, Goldilocks is a huge name in the Philippines. The Bay Area's Go and Yuzon families were the first to license the well-known Filipino logo and bring it to Northern California. A tight schedule family's first flagship store in Milpitas proved the fast-casual indisputable fact that worked so well within the Philippines could indeed be replicated in the San francisco bay area, which has a burgeoning Filipino-American population. Since that time, Goldilocks has spread all through the Bay Area with locations in Concord, Mountain View, San Jose, and Union City.
Johann Yuzon, Cherimel Yuzon, and Freddie and Franklin Go opened the Bay area location in 2022 accompanied by a location in South San Francisco. Using the Bay area location's lease expiring this fall, the organization decided to relocate closer to their subscriber base in Daly City. Needing capital to build out their space, they found PCV for a small business loan (with treats in hand – they're great!)
