High Street Insurance Partners Inc. said Friday it has acquired Edmonds, Washington-based brokerage Insurance Services Group.

The deal was one of 17 acquisitions High-street completed recently, the Traverse City, Michigan-based brokerage said inside a statement.
ISG, about 25 employees, has offices in Edmonds, Sequim, Port Hadlock, Mount Vernon, Port Townsend and Redmond, Washington, while offering commercial and personal lines coverage in 12 states.
High Street may be the 58th largest broker of U.S. business, based on the latest Business Insurance rankings, with 2022 revenue of $67.66 million.
The brokerage was formed in 2022.
